Who they are and where could I help?
Soundjack is a tablet-based music system that allows businesses to customise playlists, creating and organising them to better connect to their brand and client-base.
Working with Nimbletank, a mobile transformation agency based in EC1, I helped to create the business page to establish themselves as a B2B service. I also worked to UX & design the timer management system, mapping a coherent journey for a flexible system that allowed complex levels of customisation. All artwork was directed by Alex Mulder.
Timer Management
The app has some great features and designing how these would work for customers once they had logged into their dashboard was an insightful journey. Thinking about ways users could personalise their playlists and control how they work taught me a lot about creating a good experience for users.

The Soundjack brand itself is clean clear and aims to connect music and technology with the emotive experience of being part of a community. This page aims to tell the story of the first stages of integration and setup, highlighting key beneficiary features and the impact these will bring to growing businesses.
