New features for BA

During my last couple of months at The BIO Agency, I helped create pitch winning work for BA. This has helped to put BIO on the map as an agency that creates ambitious digital innovation.

Going on with the project, I influenced the more emotive aspects to the brand, such as illustrating the on-boarding screens and preparing these for animation, and working up consistent icons. Alongside this, I produced various customer disruption journeys in design and prepped assets for our developers.

BIO presented numerous service ideas that got the BA execs attention. Among these were various disruption services, assists and new potential avenues for how British Airways may sell to and reward their customers.
